<p>Born and raised in Honolulu, HI and enthralled with graffiti and the art of the Mission School, Chad Hasegawa moved to San Francisco in 2000. He gained a BFA in advertising at the Academy of Art University and worked for top agencies, including Venables Bell & Partners and Goodby Silverstein & Partners. After leaving advertising, he concentrated in painting murals on the streets, and canvases for both commercial and non-profit gallery shows. He quickly gained recognition for his bold and colorful latex paint brush strokes that pushed the boundaries of public art.</p>
<p>In Los Angeles, we’ve partnered with local street artist Chad Hasegawa to create seven original pieces of work for “It’s Your Town,” including a larger-than-life mural inspired by the nightlife and innovation of San Francisco. Download all the San Francisco artwork below.</p>
